With a RazorCommerce shopping cart, you can customize your entire storefront via point and click tools or HTML driven editors. The top, left, center, right, and bottom areas are all completely customizable. |
| Customizable Templates Provided: |
| We get you started with free templates built right into your storefront. Our e-commerce software templates are free to use as they are or you may edit them, or replace them altogether. The choice is yours. The Site Wide Themes editor, within the administration panel, allows you to quickly and easily change your online store appearance with just a few clicks. |
| Shopping Cart Location Control: |
| You can choose from two types of shopping carts. The first is the side bar shopping cart option. This displays an on-screen list of items the customer has selected. You have the choice of displaying a flat rate shipping charge, a zip code box for real time shipping calculation, or no shipping information. The sidebar cart is ideal for stores that sell 1-10 items in an average sale. The second option is a traditional off-screen shopping cart. When this option is selected, the store will display a small icon indicating the number of items in the cart. When the user clicks on this icon, they will be taken to a shopping cart page that lists the contents of the cart. |
| Main & Subcategories: |
| Our e-commerce shopping cart software has a built-in navigation system that automatically creates your web site link as well as page structure. You can create categories and subcategories, allowing for smooth navigation when selling a large volume of products. |
| Browse by Price, Manufacturer, and Category: |
| The default navigation system will also group links into modules by price, manufacturer, and category. You can turn each of these modules on and off at will, as well as place them on either the left- or the right-hand side of your storefront. |
| Integrated Store Search: |
| The RazorCommerce e-commerce software contains search functionality within your storefront. By default the search function will search the product names and descriptions. You can also set the search to query a keywords field that can contain searchable text which is hidden from the customer. The storefront will also come equipped with an advanced search. This will allow the customer to narrow the search by category, price range, and manufacturer. The most exciting part of this feature is RazorCommerce's ability to log search queries. This feature allows you to generate a report of all the searches that were conducted in a given time period. You can see what keywords are searched most frequently and check those searches to make sure your site is optimally setup to display good search results. |
| Thumbnails and Large Image Views: |
| Upload images for both thumbnails and detailed product views. If you do not have thumbnail images, our e-commerce shopping cart software can create them for you when uploading your detailed images. This feature can save you a lot of time, especially for those who have many images of products. |
